More Than We See
From the composer: "More Than We See" is a piece I composed during a trip through the Adirondacks, inspired by the stunning views of lakes nestled at the foot of towering mountains. The sense of mystery and the way nature's elements fit together influenced this composition, which unfolds in vignettes that blend into a unified whole, much like nature itself.
Slowly Revealing
From the composer: “Slowly Revealing” began as a solo piano piece, “Revealing,” inspired by the idea of meeting God or experiencing an awakening. This orchestral version reflects the meditative process of reaching that moment, with each layer unfolding gradually, as if drawing closer to a deeper understanding or presence.
Humble Bird
From the composer: "Humble Bird" is a piece I composed while traveling through Alaska, inspired by the image of a small bird surrounded by the vast, awe-inspiring landscape. It captures the feeling of being one small part of an enormous natural world.
